Terms of Use — Spirefall Demo

These terms govern your use of the free Spirefall demo ("Demo"), provided by The Private Sector Group, LLC, doing business as PSG Studios ("PSG Studios"). By installing or playing the Demo, you agree to these terms. Where you obtained the Demo through Steam, the Steam Subscriber Agreement also applies.

License

We grant you a personal, non-commercial license to install and play the Demo on devices you control. The Demo is licensed, not sold.

Restrictions

You may not sell, redistribute, or publicly repackage the Demo or its assets, or use the Demo to train machine-learning models. Streaming and sharing gameplay videos is welcome.

The Demo

The Demo is a pre-release sample. Content, balance, and features may change. Demo progress may not carry into the full game.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PSG STUDIOS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE DEMO. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, applicable law applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, USA, without limiting rights you cannot waive under the laws of your place of residence.
